Afghan regular by Spliff Seeds
Afghan regular by Spliff Seeds sits on the older indica side of the Spliff Seeds catalogue. The line is based on northern Afghan genetics and is listed as Afghani Kush IBL, giving it a compact frame, firm structure and a clear hash rooted identity.
This is not a tall modern hybrid built around stretch. Indoors, Afghan regular is listed at 50 to 80 cm and forms a short, solid plant with a strong centre and firm side branches. Outdoors, the same line can open up much further, reaching around 2 to 2.5 m when the setting allows it.
The regular seed format gives the variety its real product role. Male and female plants can appear in the population, which makes the line relevant for selection, preservation and further breeding work. In an Afghan type, that matters because plant height, density, flowering time and aromatic direction can be assessed across the line.
Spliff Seeds gives a flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks, with October listed for outdoor harvest. The plant is more about dense flower mass and a favourable flower to leaf balance than vertical movement. That compact working shape fits the northern Afghan background of the variety.
The aromatic direction of Afghan regular stays close to hash, earth, sweetness and a light fruity edge. Yield data is listed at up to 400 g/m² indoors and 300 to 400 g per plant outdoors, but the stronger value is the line itself: a regular Afghan indica with short flowering, sturdy growth and a direct old school Spliff Seeds character.
