Afghani Gold by Spliff Seeds takes the Afghan side of the catalogue and gives it a feminized, more productive frame. The cross is listed as Afghani #1 x Skunk no. 1, so the variety keeps a compact indica base while gaining a little more output and structure from the Skunk influence.
The plant stays firm and manageable rather than tall and loose. Spliff Seeds lists an indoor height of around 0.80 to 1.20 m, while outdoor plants can reach about 2.00 to 2.50 m in a suitable season. The shape is short stemmed, central and close to a classic Christmas tree form.
What separates Afghani Gold from the regular Afghan line is the more practical feminized product role. It is still strongly indica in build, but the Skunk no. 1 side adds yield and a slightly more open working shape.
