The flowering period is approximately 8-9 weeks. Reaching around 120-170 cm, London Mint Cake develops numerous lateral branches with good internodal spacing. Moderate pruning can further encourage its natural branching and distribute the structure evenly across the available area.

T.H. Seeds reports an indoor yield of approximately 550-700 g/m². As the large, dense flowers gain weight, plant support can help stabilise the branches. The breeder also describes the variety as resistant to mould and powdery mildew.
