Cannabis seeds in Germany: possession, purchase and EU sourcing
Handling cannabis seeds is permitted under the Cannabis Act, provided the seeds are not intended for illegal cultivation. For private home cultivation and collective home cultivation in cultivation associations, the import of cannabis seeds is only permitted from EU member states.
