24K Gold feminized by DNA Genetics

Originally known as Kosher Tangie, 24K Gold comes from Kosher Kush and Tangie. DNA Genetics describes the line as an indica-dominant F1 hybrid with three phenotypes that express the influence of the two parents in different ways.

The plants gain noticeable height during vegetative growth and continue stretching until around the fourth week of flowering. Early shaping helps distribute the branches more evenly and make better use of the available space. Support may be useful for longer side branches as the flowers gain weight.

The flowering period is 9-10 weeks. DNA Genetics lists an indoor yield of 450-550 g/m² and describes the output as above average. The flowers develop a pronounced resin coating, while individual phenotypes may show more compact Kush traits or a stronger Tangie expression.

The aroma ranges from ripe tangerine and citrus to earthy Kush and spicy gas notes. In the 24K Gold profile analysed by DNA Genetics together with Abstrax, beta-caryophyllene, limonene and linalool emerged as the most prominent terpenes.
