707 Headband by Humboldt Seed Organization
707 Headband is a feminized line from Humboldt Seed Organization, made from a Mendocino Elite Clone and True OG. Its sativa leaning side is not only visible in the 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica balance, but also in the open plant frame. It does not build like a squat block, and light can move well through the structure.
That open growth is useful, but it also needs a bit of planning. The flowers can become large and compact while the frame stays more airy. Support toward the end of bloom can make sense, because the branches may carry more weight than the early plant shape suggests.
Indoors, 707 Headband flowers in 63 to 68 days. Yield is listed at 500 to 600 grams per square metre. Outdoors, the plant can work on a much larger scale, with figures from 900 to 4000 grams per plant and a harvest window from early to mid October.
A calm early structure works better here than late correction. Opening the plant in time, bringing light into the centre and planning for later flower weight fits the natural build of the variety. Its reported tolerance of more humid conditions is useful, but it does not replace proper air movement through the plant.
The profile sits around pine, citrus and a woody OG direction. THC is listed at 19 to 23 percent, with CBD at 0.1 percent. Individual plants may lean more toward the Mendocino side or the True OG side, especially in stretch, flower density, resin coverage and finish.
