Auto Night Queen by Dutch Passion
Auto Night Queen carries nothing bright or playful about it. Even the name points toward a darker direction, and the variety reads exactly that way. Much of it feels heavy, saturated and built around depth rather than freshness or lightness.
The background of the photoperiod Night Queen and a dark Afghan leaning automatic line explains that impression well. This is not a modern fruit auto with a little kush influence behind it, but a variety where the older, denser side stays clearly at the front. That alone gives it more weight than many autos that can be reduced too quickly to a few profile words.
The same direction appears in the aroma. Sweetness, hash and a calmer resinous warmth shape the picture much more strongly than citrus or louder notes. Because of that, the line feels very self contained. It is not trying to scatter small impressions, but to build a rounded and darker overall expression.
The complete cycle normally takes around 10 to 11 weeks. Dutch Passion reports average indoor yields of 450-500 g/m² and 100-150 g per plant under favourable outdoor conditions. Its official XL classification and first place at the 2016 Highlife Cup confirm the established position of this compact autoflower.
With Auto Night Queen, the focus is not brightness, but mass, resin and a dark compact signature.
