Black Diesel by Advanced Seeds is a feminized hybrid line selected from New York City Diesel with a clearly sativa leaning direction. This variety is aimed at growers looking for an aromatically distinctive, productive, and strongly diesel driven genetic with vigorous growth. Within the Advanced Seeds range, Black Diesel stands for a fruity and tall growing line with a classic diesel identity.

In cultivation, Black Diesel develops a medium sized to very large plant structure with strong build and noticeable stretch. Indoors, it stays within a workable range when managed properly, while outdoors it can expand much more strongly and reach several metres under good conditions. It is less ideal for humid outdoor climates because the line can be more sensitive to fungal pressure. In drier or more protected environments, however, it can be guided much more cleanly.

Flowering time indoors is around 9 to 10 weeks. Indoor yields are listed at around 500 to 550 grams per square metre. Plants usually reach around 70 to 100 centimetres indoors, while outdoors they can grow up to about 3 to 4 metres. The outdoor harvest window usually falls toward the end of October. THC is listed at around 17 percent. This places Black Diesel as a vigorous and at the same time productive diesel hybrid line.
