Blueberry Headband by Humboldt Seed Organization
Blueberry Headband sits between two quite different sides in the Humboldt Seed Organization range. Blueberry brings the fruitier, rounder line, while 707 Headband pulls the variety more toward structure, size and OG proximity. The result is not a small berry type, but a feminized, indica leaning cross with more body than the name first suggests.
Indoors, Blueberry Headband should not simply be left to run. The plant can build strongly and needs early surface management so the side growth does not disappear under the upper canopy. LST or well timed topping can fit when done early enough and not only once flowering weight has already started to define the plant.
Flowering is listed at 65 to 70 days. Indoor yield is given at 450 to 600 grams per square metre, while outdoor figures range from 1000 to 4000 grams per plant depending on the source. Outdoors, Blueberry Headband can reach around 3 metres and is usually placed around mid October for harvest.
With 70 percent indica and 30 percent sativa, the variety remains indica dominant on paper, but it does not grow like a tight, low compact line. THC is listed at 19 to 23 percent, with CBD at 0.1 percent. Cooler nights can bring red and purple tones, especially late in bloom.
The profile is not only sweet. Alongside the Blueberry side, spice, anise and a darker Headband layer come through. Individual plants may lean more toward the fruity Blueberry side or toward the stronger 707 Headband structure, which can show in growth, colour, flower density and final ripening.
