Cannalope Haze feminized by DNA Genetics
Cannalope Haze comes from Original Haze and a Mexican landrace sativa. DNA Genetics describes the feminized strain as 95% sativa and 5% indica. The cross retains the slender structure of a classic Haze while reducing flowering time to approximately nine weeks.
The plants develop strong lateral branches, longer internodal spacing, and narrow leaves. Indoor height ranges from approximately 75-150 cm, while outdoor plants may reach around 100-200 cm. A Sea of Green can take advantage of the early flower formation, although stable temperatures and carefully controlled humidity remain particularly important throughout the cycle.
DNA Genetics lists an indoor yield of approximately 340-454 g/m². Under suitable warm outdoor conditions, plants may produce up to around 567 g each. The strain prefers Mediterranean climates and requires somewhat more experience than compact, less environmentally sensitive hybrids.
Ripe melon leads the aroma, supported by tropical fruit, citrus, floral notes, and an earthy base. Myrcene, beta-caryophyllene, humulene, limonene, linalool, and terpinolene form the terpene profile described by DNA Genetics.
