Hindu Kush
comes from the Hindu Kush, a high mountain range in Central Asia, which is predominantly located in Afghanistan and whose foothills reach as far as Pakistan. This variety originally grows at altitudes of around 2000m near the Shibar Pass and is therefore used to harsher climates. Hindu Kush grows rather stocky and bushy and can therefore also be grown very well in the grow room.
Hindu Kush needs a flowering time of 7-9 weeks depending on the phenotype and can be harvested when growing outdoors from late September to early October. Because of their bushy growth, some of the huge leaves should be removed when growing indoors so that enough light can reach the lower area of the plants. The yields in the grow room as SoG are around 500-550g per m², outdoors and in the greenhouse Hindu Kush produces harvests of 500-550g per plant. It is a very resinous strain and was originally used to make hash.
The aroma and taste of Hindu Kush is very earthy and spicy and is reminiscent of good, dark hashish.
Medical effects are both physically and mentally relaxing. It has high CBD concentrations and is therefore also suitable as medical cannabis for spasms and chronic pain.
