Jelly Donutz by Humboldt Seed Company
Jelly Donutz is one of the cultivars that pushed Humboldt Seed Company’s modern Jelly lane into focus. It does not feel like a quick dessert label. It reads more like a sharpened seed lot project with serious surface, heavy resin and a very deliberate candy fuel signature.
There is real selection work behind it. The first pheno hunt began in 2020, followed by a backcross, more large scale hunting and then the production version that carries the name today. That matters because Jelly Donutz does not come across like a loose sweet cross. It feels tightened and directed.
Jelly Donutz (#160x#17) x Hella Jelly x White Runtz layers the line in a useful way. Hella Jelly brings bright fruit and cotton candy, White Runtz adds modern candy density, and the original Jelly Donutz base keeps the cultivar grounded with that fuel edged undertone.
At 55 days of flowering, the cultivar stays quick in a photoperiod format. Outside, the window runs from September 25 to October 10. The flowers are described as fully coated in trichomes, with green and purple expression, which fits the strong resin side and the washing value of the line.
Pink cotton candy, caramel and fuel make Jelly Donutz easy to pick out without reducing it to simple sweetness. The listed 35 percent THC remains cultivar data only. The stronger point is the combination of early timing, extreme trichome coverage and a candy gas direction that has been worked into one of the clearest signatures in the HSC range.
