Siberian Ruderalis regular by Khalifa Genetics
Siberian Ruderalis is a South Ural strain.
Giant, vigorous autoflowering strain with good trichome production. Villagers near Lake Chebarkul (Russia) have been using these semi-wild plants to make incredibly tasty, high CBD content charas.
This Siberian Ruderalis strain flourishes in some of the most inhospitable places on earth. Its strong vigour, high resistance and extreme flowering speed, combined with the autoflowering gene allow this native plant to mature in places where most cannabis strains would have no chance of finishing successfully.
It is likely that this Chebarkul landrace is the result of a past hybridisation between strains originating from nearby Kazakhstan and a local variety of rudelaris. This would explain the strong citrus smell, the high trichome production and the mild psychoactive effect of most phenotypes. This is probably where cannabis was first domesticated more than 14,000 years ago in Central Asia.
These seeds are the result of 3 generations of controlled open pollination, to reduce the proportion of weak and hermaphrodite plants and to preserve a high genetic diversity, also suitable for indoor growing.
- Plants of this variety start flowering automatically after only 2 to 3 weeks of life after germination. As Siberian Ruderalis flower, they grow taller and taller until they reach 120 -190 centimetres.
- Towards the end of their flowering cycle, more than 25% of the plants turn purple.
