AK 47 by Serious Seeds
AK 47 stays memorable not because of the name, but because it pulls together traits that do not often sit this closely in one line. It carries a clearly sativa leaning background, yet finishes faster than many longer hybrids in that direction while still holding a surprisingly firm flower structure.
In growth, it usually stays medium in height, though it has enough upward movement after the switch to avoid feeling blunt or heavily indica shaped. That upright but controlled frame is part of what gives the variety its own outline. The buds come compact, with little leaf and an obvious resin coat that shows early.
Flowering generally lands at around 53 to 63 days, or roughly eight to nine weeks. Indoors, AK 47 is most often placed in the range of about 350 to 500 grams per square metre, with stronger results possible under very good conditions. Outdoors, harvest usually falls around mid to late October.
On the profile side, the variety stays forceful while keeping a brighter edge. Sweet fruit, a touch of citrus, spice and a skunk toned bite connect cleanly, while the smell comes through much stronger than in many calmer hybrids. That is part of what makes AK 47 feel immediate rather than broad or generic.
What still carries this line today is how tightly the whole picture holds together. Medium height, a shorter flowering window for a sativa leaning variety, compact resin rich buds and a very distinctive smell all sit so closely here that AK 47 does not read like an old classic out of habit, but like a seed with a still very precise shape.
