Mexican Sativa Regular Growing Pattern

How did we adapt this exotic marijuana strain to northern climates? Well, by crossing a little-known original strain from Oaxaca with a Durban Sativa, the robust African variety. To shorten flowering time and further improve cold resistance, we also added a hash plant from Pakistan.

The result is a plant that contains 70% sativa genes and produces elegant, elongated buds. The flexible structure of these flowers allows them to be very resistant to mold. All those who know this variety praise its versatility. It can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. But remember, these plants can grow vigorously during the flowering period, which can last up to ten weeks.

In temperate to warm climates, plants can often reach six feet tall. Indoors, you can control growth by shortening the growing season a bit. It also helps to prune them, which results in bushier growth. Mexican Sativa side branches respond well to this method.

Other growing methods such as Sea of Green (SOG), Screen of Green (SCROG), Lollipopping or Supercropping are also suitable for this marijuana strain and increase the already good yields even more.

Effect, taste and smell of Mexican Sativa Regular

The strong, energetic high is perfect for physical activities. Most smokers report a feeling of euphoria accompanied by (uncontrollable) fits of laughter.
